Cleaning
1,000 Gallons or larger should be cleaned every 2 to 4 years depending on the size of the tank and occupancy.
1,000 Gallons or smaller should be cleaned every 1 to 2 years also depending on the size of the tank and occupancy.
While we are cleaning your tank, we will do a visual inspection and inform you of any issues we may find.
Please ask us about us about our reminder postcards which we can send you when your tank is due for cleaning.
Some Warning Signs
- Slow-draining sinks, toilets and other drains
- Gurgling sound
- Sewage back-up into the house
- Sewage odors in the yard with extended wet spots in the vicinity of septic fields
What Not To Flush
Hand Wipes, Baby Wipes Or Any Feminine Products
What Not To Put Down Your Garbage Disposal -
Eggshells, Shellfish, Coffee Grounds. Anything that is Considered Dead Material.
We do not recommend any additives that promote the breakdown of bacteria in the tank, Mother Nature already has a process in place and made the breakdown process slow for a reason.
